What does a Health Coach Do? A Health Coach is a wellness professional trained to support, educate and empower you to find your way to better health. I can help you discover health-promoting food and lifestyle choices. These will be unique to your needs and I will teach you how to include them in your life for positive, lasting change. I can work with you in person, online, one to one or in groups and families, in GP practices, schools and businesses.

A health coach guides the overarching process—from clarifying the client’s vision to defining strategies for maintaining success once they have attained their goals. Armed with the holistic knowledge of how nutrition, lifestyle and fitness influence well-being, a health coach works with clients to design an inclusive, flexible and responsive plan to move daily practices toward healthy choices.

I am a Qualified Health Coach with the UKHCA and this is some of the things I can do for you, because I want to be a source of positive change –
