I offer a free one hour Health History consultation during which we will discuss your health goals and I will explain what working with me is like and you can ask any questions about my programs.

A health coach guides the overarching process—from clarifying the client’s vision to defining strategies for maintaining success once they have attained their goals. Armed with a holistic knowledge of how nutrition, lifestyle and fitness influence well-being, a health coach works with clients to design a tailored & inclusive, flexible and responsive plan to move daily practices toward healthy choices.

I offer flexible programmes. But, I recommend the Six Month Package because changing your habits permanently will take time. From time to time I offer group coaching sessions for people who want to look for options beyond 1-2-1 plans.
